In the monograph, for the first time in domestic historiography, on the basis of the analysis of the genealogy of a large number of sacred-churrents, the Orthodox clergy of the Russian city is investigated. The origin, thesis links, the acquisition of spiritual education, the passage of parish service, the matrimonial links and other aspects of the history of the clergy of Tver in the XVIII century. The paper also discusses the sources of study and the methodology for the reconstruction of the genealogy of the sacred-churrents. Annexes published pedigree paintings by clerics and an overview of personal names and family nicknies of the Tver clergy is posted
