Organizing the activities of the PMPC system in the context of inclusive education development

The methodological manual is devoted to the organization of the activities of the System of Psychological and Medical and Pedagogical Commissions. Theoretical and methodological foundations of the activities of the PMPC in modern conditions are revealed in modern conditions for the modernization of domestic education, the emergence of such innovative areas as an inclusive education. The tasks of the activities of each of the PPC specialists, the technologies for conducting a survey of children with various developmental impairment and livelihood restrictions. A separate section is devoted to the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of almost most of the existing categories of deviations in development, taking into account their severity. A special place in the manual is paid to the definition of special educational conditions for each of the current categories of development disorders and their description for both children of preschool and school age. For the first time, a section concerning the process of counseling the family who came to the PMPC is revealed, the main tactics and techniques of such psychotherapy-oriented short-term counseling are revealed.
The manual is addressed to the specialists of the PMPC, as well as specialists of psychological and medical and pedagogical consultations of educational organizations, including those implementing inclusive education. It can be used as a teaching manual for students of psychological and pedagogical faculties of universities and universities, in the system of advanced training and retraining of education workers
