The textbook covers current issues of modern organizational social psychology, revealing its subject and phenomenology. The book consists of four parts. The first part analyzes the subject and history of social organizational psychology. The second part is dedicated to the social psychology of organizations. It details the psychology of small groups, leadership, communication in organizations, socio-psychological climate, and organizational culture. It also describes in detail the problems of personnel adaptation and evaluation, conflict resolution, and psychological support for innovations. The third part of the textbook is devoted to the phenomenology of social organizational psychology. It examines new phenomena that have not received sufficient reflection in our literature, such as organizational reputation, mobbing processes, psychological support for individual careers, trust and loyalty, professional deformation, and burnout. The authors pay special attention to the methodological support of research, which is reflected in the fourth part of the textbook. The appendix presents tested and new methods and techniques recommended for use in empirical research of modern organizations. The textbook is prepared in accordance with the requirements of the new educational standard. It is intended for psychology students, students of special faculties, masters, practical psychologists working in various organizations and industries.
