The manual presents the basic concepts, issues, and prospects of organizing physical education and sports leisure activities for the population. Information is provided on the history, regulatory and legal framework, methodological foundations of physical education and sports work, and its modeling based on an environmental approach. Innovative projects in physical education and sports work are presented. Recommendations are given on organizing health gymnastics classes with various population groups.
