Metropolitan Athanasius is one of the most famous preachers in the modern Greek Orthodox world. He was familiar with many elders and absorbed their spiritual tradition. Despite his bishop"s duties, Metropolitan Athanasius to this day continues to profess and carry out the spiritual leadership. For many years, he regularly has been conducting open conversations with his flock, which are very successful, especially among young people. In the Greek Orthodox world, in Greece and in other countries, the conversations of the metropolitan are known mainly by audio recordings. This book is the first collection of conversations between Metropolitan Athanasius, published with his blessing. Some conversations were deciphered with audio recordings, some were taken from the magazine of the Limasol diocese of Parakklisi.
