Spring is coming, and the bees are feeling cramped in their old hive. They leave their old home, gather in a swarm, and set off on a journey through the blooming meadow and fruit garden, flying over fields and ponds, meeting neighbors like birds, insects, and reptiles. The search for a new place for the swarm ends well: the plants where the bees settle remain pollinated and will soon bear fruit, the diligent beekeeper manages to settle his pets in a new hive, and soon he will collect sweet honey from it. The new illustrated encyclopedia for preschoolers from the "Thousand and One" series introduces children to the life of a bee swarm and the role of these insects in the life cycle of plants. Illustrated by the artist and author of the book Ioanna Zhezak, the spring grasses, fruit blossoms, inhabitants of fields and gardens create a picture of the endless diversity of nature that one wants to contemplate endlessly. The book was prepared for publication in collaboration with the Moscow Zoo.
