Lucius Annaeus Seneca (c. 55 BC - 40 AD) - an ancient Roman Stoic philosopher, who studied oratory in Rome, author of speeches and tragedies, philosophical treatises and letters.
Seneca's Philosophical Dialogues - these are teachings in Stoicism, the doctrine of how a person can live a worthy and meaningful life, when they have nothing to believe in and no one to rely on, it is a preaching of resilience in the face of fate's blows and a unique spiritual therapy for all of us.
