The transition to innovative development implies, as the author believes, changing the foundations of the modern functioning of the Russian economy. To this end, the Russian economy in its future development can not only take advantage of the experience of industrially developed countries so popular now, but also some of the rules for the behavior of products and consumers of these products as production resources characteristic of the functioning of the Russian economy in micro levels to restructuring. Of course, given the difference between the significance of these factors in terms of economic management and market conditions for its operation. Conducting these events will be carried out practically without the participation of the state: the state will need to be adopted only by the first legislative act to change the direction of the modern development of the Russian economy. Its further development will be carried out on the basis of the initiative of the subjects of production activities arising from the coherence of signs of a certain direction.
