Valery Levitina (Roztskaya) was born in Simferopol, where her childhood and youth passed. He graduated from the medical institute, worked as a doctor, then moved to Kharkov, defended her thesis and worked for 14 years in a military hospital. After seven and a half years of refusal, in 1987, Levitin finally received the right to go and since then lives in the USA, in Chicago. Valery began writing poems even at school, but then silent for many years. Only well mastered English, she appreciated the Russian native and 15 years ago returned to the poemy. In 2012, her first book was published - the "miser sun is bad weather. "For a hundred on the contrary" - the second book of V. Levitina
