The artist Amesh Nurenberg (1887-1979) was born in Elisavetgrad. In 1911, having graduated from the Odessa Art College, he went to Paris, where he shared an atelier with M. Shagal, talked with representatives of the European avant -garde. Returning to his homeland, he moved to Moscow, where he collaborated in the "Growth Windows" and got closer to the Bubnoy Valet group. At the end of his life, A.
