The book presents a methodology for developing and drafting basic orders (directives) on occupational safety in an enterprise and organization. The provided examples of orders and directives on occupational safety with comments will allow novice occupational safety specialists and other professionals to orient themselves and quickly understand the issues of preparing managerial decisions in the field of occupational safety, as well as monitoring their implementation, which will inevitably arise at the initial stage of work. The proposed book mainly contains material related to general issues of organizing work on occupational safety for all enterprises and organizations regardless of ownership form. In subsequent books, layouts of orders and directives with comments on issues of safe operation (tools and devices, safety and protective devices, buildings and structures, thermal power plants, steam and hot water boilers, pressure vessels, steam and hot water pipelines, lifting cranes and elevator equipment, electrical equipment, gas distribution systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems, vehicles), as well as issues of ensuring fire safety of protected objects, environmental safety, organization and implementation of construction and installation works, will be provided.
