The textbook is dedicated to the application of mathematical methods to solve various problems using the Mathcad program for mathematical and engineering calculations. It covers methods for solving nonlinear equations, systems of linear and nonlinear equations, computing definite integrals and derivatives, and solving differential equations. Special attention is given to methods for processing experimental data using interpolation and approximation. Various optimization methods commonly used in engineering practice are discussed. The book thoroughly explains both the methods themselves and their implementation, as well as solving problems using Mathcad's built-in tools. This textbook is intended for use in the educational process by students studying in the fields of bachelor's and specialist's training in 'Chemical Technology', 'Chemistry', 'Technological Machines and Equipment', 'Mechanical Engineering', and other engineering specialties, and is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard.
