The manual covers the classic sections of numerical analysis: methods of algebra, theory of approximation of the functions of one variable with their applications, difference methods for solving the problems of the Cauchy and boundary value problems for ordinary differential equations, numerical methods for solving the equations of mathematical physics with two and three independent variables. Along with traditional methods, new economical, sustainable and simple methods for approximation of functions, numerical differentiation and integration, solutions of the Cauchy problem based on the use of integral-differential splines are presented.
In each section, the main theoretical information is summarized, the solutions of typical examples and tasks for an independent solution are presented. The textbook supports the competence model of training: contains models of the required knowledge and skills to solve the model objectives of the subject.
For students enrolled in the direction of Applied Mathematics and for other mathematical, engineering and technical and aviation specialties of universities, as well as for graduate students and researchers
