This book is devoted to the development of the skills of practical application of numerical methods when using the Python algorithmic language. Direct and iterative methods of linear algebra, spectral tasks, non -linear equations, the tasks of minimizing functions, the tasks of interpoing functions, numerical integration, integral equations, regional tasks and tasks with initial data for ordinary equations and equations with private derivatives are considered. At the user level, specialized mathematical packages are used, at the developer level, the basic algorithms of numerical analysis are programmed. Part of the material is devoted to software information, the main elements of the Python language and the packages used are briefly described.
