The author of this book is Boris Roin, a Frontovik writer, in the years of repression survived indeed by chance - his native sister was the wife of Sergey Sedov, the son of L.Dtretsky. His "Notes by chance of the surviving" are of undoubted interest both for the contemporaries of the events described, and for those who want to learn about the life of the country and people in the 30s -60s of the last century
