Notebook 10. We compose stories based on a series of pictures

Drawing up a story on pictures is an excellent exercise for children of the most different age, it is not by chance that it is included in all preschoolers training programs recommended by the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. In this notebook, assignments are selected for children from 5 years. But this does not mean at all that they are not suitable for working with 3-4-year-old kid or children of senior preschool age. It all depends on your approach.
In the first stage of classes, check whether your child is ready to such a game. Let him call the depicted objects, their main signs, a place of action. You can compare items between themselves: that they are united than they differ from each other, find a unifying word for groups (friends, animals, plants ..) Specify each other questions on pictures. First, such answers to which can be found in the figure, and then those that will require fantasy and intelligence. Then offer the child to finish the proposals started and related to the plot. If he coped with the tasks, go to the next stage - the compilation of small stories in 2-3 sentences in one picture, and then in all the rest on the reversal. Making a small story, start inventing details. Do not forget to describe the mood, nature, weather, appearance. Then make the topic What did he think?, What was before that?, What will happen then? " etc.
Give the child once again to carefully consider pictures, close them and ask for a memory.
