The book discusses civilizations, bordering the European cultural space, which established under its direct influence or independent, but in active contact and constant dialogue with Europe. The author reconstructs the noological models of these border civilizations, shows the stages of their formation and the dynamics of interaction with the European Pole. To such civilizations, the author relates to Russian (Eurasian civilization), colonial American civilization, semita civilization (including the types of Visitskaya, as well as the Jewish and Arabian-Islamic) and Turkish (who entered into close dialogue with the Mediterranean cultures since the Cellular Conquests of Anatoly and the culmination to Ottoman Epoch) To analyze these civilizations, the author applies a model of three logos (Apollo, Dionysus, Cybel), the analogues of which are trying to identify and outside the Mediterranean Greco-Roman cultural context
