Scientific ideas about the factors of non-banking pregnancy have undergone a number of significant changes for those 9 years, which has passed since the first edition of this monograph. The role of hereditary thrombophilia was not confirmed as a factor in increasing the frequency of early pregnancy. Thanks to Pipel biopsy endometrial indications for antibiotic therapy in chronic endometritis, only 9-10% of women are detected, while the decade ago infectious factor recognized the dominant cause of undeveloped pregnancy. The restriction of the cascade of inflammatory and increasing regulatory cytokines with a changed endometrial appointment of progesterone preparations is shown.
