The collection continues the series of publications on the issue of modernizing the nomenclature and passport of scientific specialties in jurisprudence (Vlasenko N.A., Matskevich I.M. The book presents the current nomenclature and passport of scientific specialties in law, excerpts from the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on the preparation and defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations, a list of publications on the history of the formation of the current nomenclature and passport of scientific specialties in law, proposals for improving the mentioned documents, etc.
