At the same time, a serious reduction in the usual armed forces began in order to invest the released funds in the development of the economy. The liberalization of the political system began, as a result of which the “young intellectual shoot” went: in poetry and prose, music and fine art. It was then that we first heard the names of Yevtushenko and Voznesensky, Shnitsky and Rodion Shchedrin, unknown and Sidur, who glorified Russia in the second half of the twentieth century
