Collections of the poems of Joseph Brodsky (1940-1996) "Stop in the desert" (1970), "end of the beautiful era" (1977), "part of speech", "new stations by August" (1983), "Uranius" (1987) and" Landscape with flooding "(1996) were published in the 1970-1990s in the American publishing house" Ardis". The poet himself worked on the preparation of these books in collaboration with his friends Carl and Ellanda Proffer, the founders of "Ardis".
