The author of this book Sergey Nikolayevich Baburin is a well-known Russian political, state and scientific actor, Chairman of the Political Party Russian Nationwide Union (later People"s Will and People"s Union) State Duma Deputy I, II and IV convoors, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma II and IV convoors, Rector of the Russian State Trade and Economic University - from 2002 to 2012
In October 1993, when President Yeltsin and the Congress of People"s Deputies left each other from power, S.N. Baburin was in a deposited building of the House of Soviets, advocated the recreation of the Great Russian state.
