The school in recent years is experiencing a mass of transformations, starting with the introduction of the USE and ending with the certification of teachers. The school leader of the new generation has not only to understand innovation, but also take into account the experience of the colleagues for the same formation. The school leader needs to provide an educational innovation process, teach teachers to work with new technologies and on new standards that meet the requirements of the Bologna process.
