The monograph is devoted to one of the optional stages of civil and administrative proceedings - a revision of judicial acts for new and newly discovered circumstances. The essence of this stage of legal proceedings is determined, the procedure for considering an application for a review of a judicial act is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the study of the grounds for revising the judicial act: new circumstances and newly discovered circumstances. The legislation is given as of February 2017.
