The book proposed to the attention of the reader is dedicated to the ancient Iranian holiday of Navruz, as well as the analysis of its role and potential in the processes of cultural integration and public diplomacy in the territory of the Iranian civilizational range. The author identifies a whole set of ritual elements inherent in the tradition of Navruz"s celebration in various countries of the vast zone of Iranian cultural influence, analyzes the similarities and differences of the traditions of the meeting of spring among different peoples and offers a number of decisions in the implementation of integration processes, based on the cultural and historical community of the region of the Middle East and Central Asia.
