The notebook contains materials for the quest - tables and weather graphs, text tasks, forms for independent creation of tasks. For whom is this quest? The quest introduces students of grades 2-4 with this type of presentation of information as graphs and tables. What are such tasks develop? The ability to read graphics, the ability to correlate a graph and a table about the same city.
Where to apply these tasks? In the lessons of mathematics or the surrounding world in grades 2-6.
What is the difference from other tasks in mathematics? All tasks suggest the personal inclusion of students. Someone is looking for their city, someone is looking for a city in which his friends, grandparents live, or the city where he went to visit. The teacher can ask the students in advance who was in which cities in the summer, where parents or grandparents come from, and add 4–8 cities, describing the weather in the form of a table and in the form of a schedule.
What are the benefits? Many children are now rarely looking at the thermometer and do not have the experience of maintaining their weather calendar. Therefore, they themselves do not encounter graphs and poorly understand the information presented in this form
