The book, based on a large empirical material obtained with the help of individual and group informalized interviews, examines unconscious environmental knowledge, which opens in consciousness through fantasizing about the environmental ideal. The essence and content of the environmental ideal, problems associated with its awareness and implementation in individual and social life are revealed. The possibility of extracting unconscious environmental knowledge in a model of psychological training is described, for which the conditions and indicators of efficiency are developed. The results of the testing of the training are analyzed and conclusions are drawn about the ecopsychological readiness of young people to use in ordinary life the proposed form of interaction with themselves and with the outside world.
