The book sets out the results of the experimental and numerical study of two -phase flows in relation to the tasks of eco -technologies. The following tasks are considered: assessing the technological processes of processing and removing food waste, as sources of negative influences and pollution of the urban environment, analysis of existing methods of processing and removing food waste from their places of formation, developing solutions to reduce the negative effects of food waste on surrounding ecosystems, and developing a numerical model two -phase flows in the processes of dietary waste disposal. Recommendations have been developed for the design of integrated food waste processing systems and sewage networks of urban economy.
