The training manual outlines information about industrial and household waste. The properties of the lithosphere and soil components are considered. Assessment of soil pollution is given by industrial and household waste. Features of waste classification are considered and criteria for determining their danger are given. The general patterns of combined processing methods using mechanical, physical, thermal and biothermic recycling processes are set out. The designs of granular equipment, methods of intensifying processes, technological schemes and engineering calculation methods are described in detail. Particular attention is paid to thermal methods of disposal of waste, technological lines, structures of furnaces and reactors. Based on a systematic approach using environmental monitoring data, a methodology for choosing the most affordable technologies is considered.
