Quoting as a method of accompanying and ensuring scientific research. Monograph

This publication is devoted to quoting as a method of supporting and ensuring scientific research, in particular in legal science, and replenishes significant gaps in Russian science. The concepts of "quote" and "citation", "mention" and "reference" are explained. The general value of quoting (as well as the use of references and references) for science is shown, legal aspects reference themes are disclosed. The functional-targeted load of citation, the use of references and references and the rules of conscientious citation (Fair Citation) is described. The authors turn to questions about the measure of proper and permissible within the amount of quoting, the understanding and measure of proper and permissible in repeated (repeatedly) guest use by the author of his author"s scientific texts and self -digitalization, and in the reproaches by the author of his previously published holistic scientific work. Citation defects, their prerequisites and causes, and negative consequences have been investigated. The meaning and features of citation in legal science have been investigated and explained.
