The book makes an attempt to develop a methodology as a separate science, which combines into a single whole knowledge that forms the ability of the brain to control real processes and monitor the movement of thoughts that organize this management. A universal methodological tool for this was chosen by the author of thought that sets the most effective direction of scientific, technical and organizational and managerial activities. Assessment of the human brain as a computer model of the Universe is presented in the book by one of the conditions for the successful implementation of this attempt. The foundations of the corporate philosophy of the state have been developed, the first -spare task of which is to improve the technology for the formation of the country"s main capital - a comprehensively developed and healthy person. The main goal of the book is to help young scientists, engineers and managers use their internal resources as much as possible to achieve their goals
