Cosmic monitoring of grave of solid waste and industrial waste

The object of study of the monograph is the objects of waste burial (OZO), or, more simply, garbage dumps. The subject of the study that this object is investigated is the methods of space monitoring by digital processing of space images (concepts and approaches, methods, methods and models, programs and algorithms, educational recommendations, etc) At the same time, the described methods can be applied not only to the OZO, but also to most other objects of the Earth’s surface, and therefore OZO are considered as examples of their applicability. The idea of ​​the use of space information as a tool for monitoring the socio-economic development of the country is revealed.
