With the advent and rapid development of technology, our life is radically changing: we have received "smart" assistants who help us not only in performing routine tasks, really facilitating our life, but also persistently intervene in those personal spaces that we are used to dividing with our loved ones and friends. Communication on the network - with technologies and through them - occupies most of our time, sometimes completely depriving us of the pleasure of communication face to face. The theories of communication, in the form in which they existed before, do not reflect the entire spectrum of possible methods of interaction. This has become an incentive for the emergence of a new field of research "Man-Machine", which is aimed at covering all possible methods of communication, research methods and evaluating the consequences of technology for humans and society as a whole. The main idea that combines the articles of this book is the need to recognize the integral role of technology in our life, but ICT and artificial intelligence will never replace (and should not!) A person in all his diversity of opportunities and abilities. And for us it should be an incentive for constant development and improvement.
The book will be interesting to a wide range of specialists, starting, of course, from technology development engineers, computer specialists, marketers, sociologists, as well as all those who would like to look at the already familiar reality of interaction with technologies
