In the monograph for the first time in Russian science, an attempt is made to disclose the general logic of the evolution of mankind from the moment a person appears to a reasonable to the end of the current century, with which many futurologists associate the appearance of post -humanistic civilization. Unlike the anti -utopia popular today, the author is based on the scientific theory of the change of technological and world economic ways, the rhythm of which determined the global economic development of the last half a thousand years. Based on the patterns revealed by him, he predicts the rapid completion of the global crisis and the formation of an integral world economic structure, the core of which has already been formed in the PRC and other countries of Southeast Asia. Combining the socialist ideology, market economy, subordination of economic policy to national interests, these countries demonstrate outstanding growth on the wave of raising a new technological way. Although the United States and their satellites on NATO are trying to keep its hegemony by unleashing the world hybrid war, they are doomed to defeat by virtue of an order of more effective system for managing the development of the economy in the countries of the new world -economic structure.
