Animals are part of the world around us. There are a huge number of different animals on Earth: some of them go and run, others jump, others fly, the fourth crawl, and the fifths swim. Almost all of them, in order to survive, lead a rather active lifestyle and are somewhat similar to us people. Previously, scientists divided the kingdom of animals into two parts: unicellular and multicellular. Now the name animals is fixed only for multicellular organisms. To date, there are approximately two million species of various animals - large and small, living in water, on land, in the air and even underground. The most amazing and diverse animals live in the oceans and on all continents of our planet!
