Natural science literacy. The surrounding world. Grades 1-2.

The manual contains tasks in the sections 'Man and Society', 'Rules of Safe Life (Social Literacy)', and 'Man and Nature (Natural Science Literacy)'. The manual can be used in joint work of teachers and students during lessons and extracurricular activities. The manual ensures the formation of components of functional literacy of younger schoolchildren based on the content of the subject 'The World Around Us', as well as deepening and expanding the subject content relative to the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards. Working on the tasks of the manual creates conditions for the development of the following skills in students: selecting necessary information, conducting analysis, comparison, classification, identifying essential features, establishing cause-and-effect relationships, constructing reasoning, formulating conclusions, transforming known or constructing new ways of cognitive actions, applying a complex of knowledge and skills in solving a wide range of educational and life tasks. The structure of the manual includes initial and final diagnostics for each class, as well as a system of training tasks. The manual is developed based on the current Federal State Educational Standards.
