The proposed work is a comprehensive theoretical study of obligations, the violation of which entails the emergence of protective legal relations that are not capable of compulsory implementation (natural obligations) The concept and signs of natural obligations, the causes and consequences of deprivation of natural obligations of forced force, the issues of dynamics, as well as permissible ways to ensure their execution are considered. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign regulations, as well as the practice of their application, recommendations are made on improving civil law in the field of regulatory commitment
