For the first time published in Russian, the book of the world-famous American psychotherapist and thinker James Hillman "Myth Analysis" (1972) consists of three parts. The first is focused on analyzing and related emotions, on psychological relationships in the process of analysis. In the second part, an attempt was made to understand the language of psychology, the terminological apparatus, with which the mental compression is carried out. The third part is devoted to the analytical consciousness, its topic analysis and its goal. The author comes up to this topic through the study of the idea of female inferiority, basic for analytical mind.
