The book is addressed to children of primary school age and is dedicated to the great artist of the Renaissance. A modern schoolboy in a certain magical way is in the past, meets with Raphael, listens to stories about his life and work. "Highlight" of the publication is in its artistic design. The author of the book, the sculptor by education, illustrated it with her works made during numerous trips to Italy. History in famous and not very paintings appears to the reader alive, close. On the fields and the last pages there are photographs of masterpieces of the master. At the end of the book there is a biography of the artist and brief notes about the people surrounding him. There is also a small explanatory dictionary, as well as information about cities and museums, where original works of art are located
