Well-known Moscow Bibliophile, head of the Federal Agency for Press and Mass Communications Mikhail Seslavinsky presents a lyric essay about his acquaintance with the poetry and books of Osip Mandelstam in Gorky (Nizhny Novgorod) in the 1980s, while simultaneously talking about the life of the provincial intelligentsia and the process of collecting the collection of books and autographs of the poet.
For the first time, an extensive, richly illustrated selection of not only the books of the poet, but also almanaci, newspapers and magazines with his lifetime publications from the author"s assembly.
