The manual for the first time presents a scientific and methodological approach to the use of music tools in the system of early assistance, in which music is considered from the point of view of the contribution, which it is capable of making conditions necessary for the development of children with disabilities, preventing and correction of secondary deviations in their Development. Based on the proposed approach, pedagogical technologies of assistance to a child with an organic lesion of the central nervous system and its family, in which the main tool of the music becomes the main help tool.
