Yuri Hoy and the group "Sektor Gaza"

The Gaza Sector and its permanent leader can be treated differently: some appreciate them for young people, appeal to folk roots and genre experiments, others scold for vulgarity of texts and musical secondary, calling the “collective farm pink”. However, one cannot disagree that there is no such person who could replace or overshadow Yuri “Khoy” of the Klinsky-a talented poet and an original musician who is outside of any contexts or a framework of conventions.
This book on how Yuri managed to “make” a group from many scattered elements in which rock and humor, fairy tales and perestroika everyday life, swearing ditties and mystical stories got along.
The publication included previously not published photographs from the family archive of Yuri Khoy, fragments of interviews with close relatives of the musician, members of the Gaza Sector group and colleagues in the workshop
