On August 15, 1990, a tragedy occurred on the Slok-Talsey highway in Latvia, which claimed the life of the most famous Russian rock musician Viktor Tsoi. 30 years have passed, but his music continues to live in the hearts of people: the songs of the Kino group are performed at street concerts and lose at radio stations. His work is familiar to everyone: and the already consisted music lovers who grew up on the music of Tsoi, and very young schoolchildren. This biography is the opportunity to learn more about a person who has made an invaluable contribution to Russian rock music.
