In the activities, creativity, character of the French composer Gabriel Urben Fore (1845-1924), the features of two centuries were intertwined. His piano creativity is primarily focused on the traditions of romanticism: the composer created a number of Noktyurns, impromptu, barcarol, etc. Stylistically, Foreta goes far from romantics. The collection included “Three Romances without Words” for piano. 17 (1863), “Eight small plays” for piano op. 84 (1898-1902), Nine Preludes for piano 103 (1910-1911) The publication is addressed to high school students, students of music schools and universities, concert pianists, and instrumental music lovers
