Collection Libretology. The eighth note in the gamut ”is the first collection in the Russian scientific space, covering the issues and problems of libretology - discipline that declared itself in the second half of the 20th century. It combines studies of representatives of various scientific specialties aimed at studying the libretto genre, its history, role in society, relationships with music and other elements of the music theater (K. Teacher).
