The history of “civil defense” and Yegor Letov with great difficulty lends itself to a detailed and objective description, and even more so in such a small book. Letov tangled traces for so long that the study of his phenomenon becomes equally fascinating and difficult to do. The present is intertwined with the past, the future, which seems to be not, also does not give an answer, quotes torn from context, seem to be strangers, as a result there is a trace of the plane that has long and irrevocably flew into unknown Dali. But we must start with something, while many eyewitnesses of those events are still alive, relatively healthy, and are in a sober mind and solid memory. And there, perhaps, there will be the next edition, more detailed and rich.
