This work is a postal commentary on the Constitution of the Russian Federation of 1993. The central place in it is assigned a comprehensive assessment of the judicial practice of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation. Moreover, it is not only retold, but is considered critically and dogmatically from the perspective of a “third -party observer”. In addition to judicial practice, the commentary also takes into account and covers all the existing significant literature both in Russian, and in German, and English. There are controversial problems on the most important issues of interpretation and independent approaches to solving the reflection of issues that have not yet been reflected in the literature are fundamental. Thus, a comprehensive encyclopedic approach is persecuted in this work.
Thus, the proposed comment is in many ways one of a kind and innovative. This comment is presented as a joint work, the creation of which was attended by almost all authoritative representatives of the German-speaking Eastern legal science, namely: 26 authors from Germany and Austria. All these authors are united by a single methodological approach to Russian constitutional law, namely: a legal-perch in the aforementioned sense, which should provide this book with a corresponding consistency.
