The news of the South-East of Ukraine has long been reminiscent of reports from the Front of the Civil War.
, with obvious support of the American government, the cities of the rebellious region are openly shot. Victims among the civilians have long been calculated by thousands, almost all infrastructure has been destroyed bombing from heavy artillery, the population is starving, and life itself in the destroyed areas already on the verge of environmental disaster.
The longer the resistance of the militia, the stronger Kyiv tries to erase the rebellious from the face of the earth. What will the war in Ukraine lead to? In what ways to stop this cruel bloody war in which so many people have already died, and destruction cannot be described.
Nikolai Ryabinin, the main character of the novel, voluntarily goes to Donbass to find answers to all these questions. He goes to fight on the side of the militia, in the first battle his comrades die all to one, and he is captured.
