The training manual in the form of lectures reveals the main programmatic issues of the educational discipline "Municipal Law". At the same time, special attention is paid to the clarification of constitutional and legislative norms governing the organization and implementation of local self -government, as well as the organization of the municipal service and municipal rule -making.
In order to more complete disclosure of the relevant lecture topics, the author considered it possible to repeat previously clarified regulatory provisions in some lectures. Thus, readers are given the opportunity to repeat and strengthen the knowledge gained.
In connection with the specifics of training at the Russian Academy of Justice, this textbook includes a special lecture "Judicial Protection of Local Self -Government".
