Municipal administration and social planning

In the study manual, taking into account the GEF of the 3rd generation, the methodological foundations of municipal administration, its content, subject and task are set forth. The socio-economic and legal foundations of municipalities are considered, and the technology of municipal management is described.
The manual addresses the issues of the systemic representation of local government in Russia at the level of city management, housing and communal services and in a number of foreign countries. In accordance with the approved curriculum for the specialty "State and Municipal Office", the characteristics of local governments are given, the issues of formation and use of local budgets are analyzed, the ways of improving municipal economic management at the present stage are considered. Applications are given to securing the studied material at this rate.
